The Site 4 Advisory Board is a group of residents from Site 4 who volunteer to coordinate social events and hold community meetings for Site 4.

• Promote an environment of inclusion and respect

• Run all board meetings in an efficient manner

• Assist board members in implementing event or policy ideas

• Sit on the GSC monthly HCA meetings or send a designee

• Assist the president in running board meetings, including taking minutes

• Assist board members in implementing event or policy ideas

• Work with President and Treasurer on budget

• Process reimbursements

• Maintain a budget spreadsheet and track expenses

• Solicit ideas and concerns of families/children

• Create inclusive events for families/children

• Manage Site 4 playroom and Floor 2 playground

• Create inclusive events for the building

• Solicit event ideas from residents

Communications: Caroline Chang, I-Ju Lin

• Advertise relevant events (internal and external) to residents

• Use email, Whatsapp, Slack, and postering

• Update website

• Work with the building manager (Carla) on infrastructure issues

• Manage Picktime system

Open Space Liaison

• Work with MIT Open Spaces to collaborate on events

• Manage resident noise complaints
